1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Integrations: When you connect third-party services (e.g., email providers, calendars), we may receive data from those services.
- Connected CRM systems: If an administrator connects a CRM such as Salesforce, we read a copy of the records your organization selects into Wysvera. This can include business contact details for your customers' personnel — names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles — alongside account, opportunity, contract, product, and activity records. See Section 4.1 for how this data is used and how long we keep it.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Google API Services User Data (Limited Use)
When you connect a Google account or sign in with Google, Wysvera accesses Google user data only to provide features you explicitly enable — signing you in, and (where connected) reading your Google Calendar and Gmail to surface meetings and customer communications inside the Service.
Wysvera's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above.
- We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse) or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We also retain information as necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements
- Maintain business records
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
4.1 Connected CRM Data
When an administrator in your organization connects a CRM such as Salesforce, Wysvera keeps a read-only copy of the selected records so your team can compare them against the data already in Wysvera. This copy is handled differently from the rest of your account data, because it can describe people who are not Wysvera users:
- We only read. The connection is one-way. Wysvera never creates, edits, or deletes anything in your CRM, and requests only the access needed to read the records described in Section 1.3.
- We use it for one purpose. The copy exists to display your CRM records alongside your Wysvera records and, where you explicitly choose to, to import selected records into Wysvera. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
- It is deleted when you disconnect. Disconnecting the integration immediately deletes the copied records and revokes our access token. Records your team has explicitly imported become ordinary Wysvera records at the moment of import and are retained under the general policy above.
- It is deleted with your account. If your organization's account is deleted, the copy is deleted with it.
- You remain the controller. Wysvera processes this data on your organization's instructions, as a processor (or "service provider" under CCPA). Your organization is responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us, and for responding to requests from the individuals described in it — we will assist you with any such request.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Access controls and authentication requirements
- Incident response procedures
6. Your Rights and Choices

6.5 Cookies
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect Service functionality.
