SMS Terms
Last Updated: October 15, 2026
Wysvera is a customer success platform operated by Everbloom Software LLC. Companies that use Wysvera can send text messages to the people they work with at their own business customers. These terms describe that program: who receives messages, how they agree to them, and how to stop them.
What you will receive
Account messages from the company you work with, such as meeting confirmations, onboarding steps, renewal reminders, and replies to your support questions. Each message names the company sending it. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
How you agree to receive texts
You are texted only after you agree. Your account manager asks you directly — usually during onboarding or a scheduled call — using words like these:
“May we text you at this number about your account, such as meeting confirmations, onboarding steps and support updates? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.”
When you say yes, your account manager records your agreement on your contact record in Wysvera, along with the date. Wysvera will not send a text to anyone without that agreement on record.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more after that. To start again, reply START.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email kristen@wysvera.io.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the messaging provider that delivers the messages. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
